Since my last blog entry, I may have hooked up with a band here in Indiana. If so, I’ll let everyone know the skinny on it (Don’t want to count chickens yet). It is a Country Rock Band and by their set lists a pretty good one. I’ve been sending out my CD “2 From The Suitcase” to various radio stations in Indiana, Alaska, New York, and Alabama so you might hear my tunes on FM Radio in those states. As I include more states, I’ll update the blog for my fans nationwide.

I’ve been in Indiana for almost three weeks. The music scene in this area looks mighty slim. Not just with places to play but available musicians as well. This doesn’t mean I’m giving up, I’m just having to step back and evaluate the situation in a different way. this may be a blessing in disguise. the jury is still out on that one though.

Here we are at the end of 2009, only one more day to go till we start the count down to 2010. We’re still packing for the move, dang it’s amazing how much stuff you can collect over the years. Maybe I can use some of it as props for a movie. I can tell you it wouldn’t be a short film by no means. Anyway I got some things to get done so I’ll hook up with the blog later. I hope everyone has a safe & great New Years Eve celebration.

First I want to say I hope everyone had a great Christmas. We went to Wesley Chapel to spend the day with family. Now about this winter weather, looks like Florida is preparing me for the cold up north. I did spend some time in New York and Wyoming so I am not totally unfamiliar with the cold (just not used to it). I’ll post some pictures of some Indiana winter scenes shortly after I get settled in (for all of my southern friends).

At the moment my main concern is getting focused on the move. Then after getting settled in with my “day job”, I’ll get my business, “The High Court Entertainment Group” restablished in Indiana. At that time I’ll be looking to either join a working band, or start a new one. My basic plan is to work with a 3-4 piece group for performances as well as recording projects. I am up for any and all of the above. I have my own photography/audio/video company with equipment and software for production, pre production, and post production. My company basically puts together promotional/demo packages for anyone in the entertainment business. With myself being an entertainer as well, I have all of those tools at my disposal. Looking forward to making music in that area.

I’ll be going off line on or about the 6th of January. Then back on line in a couple of weeks. I’ll keep everyone updated with what’s going on till then. As of today it’s still getting ready for the move. The same will ensue through out the holidays. I did get the navigation bars set up so the web site should be easy to get around with.
